Cakes and Treats so beautiful you don't want to eat them, but so delicious you can't help yourself!

 

My creations reflect the thought,time and attention that is required to create just the perfect cake for each recipient.

 

 

 

 Celebration Cakes

My cakes come iced with buttercream, cream cheese or chocolate icing.

All my cakes that are covered in fondant have an additional underlayement of icing.

Fondant is very labor intensive and very expensive, but the end results are so worth it in most cases.

Most cakes consist of two layers approximately 4 inches tall. Sheet cakes are single layers and can be doubled if need be.

I also do decorations such as hand sculpted fondant flowers,  figures, intricate piping, and 3-D sculpted cakes.

If your guest of honor is having their 1st birthday,  an additional 6 inch smash cake is appropriate so they can have their way with it, and you will still have a presentable cake to serve your guests.

 

 Wedding and Grooms Cakes

My Wedding and Grooms cakes come iced with buttercream and can be filled with various fillings.

 

The intricacy of these type cakes designs are challenging but so rewarding.

 

Each of my wedding cakes are named after the Bride it pays tribute to.

 

 

 Cup Cakes

My basic cupcakes come in vanilla or chocolate and come frosted with buttercream icing and rainbow sprinkles to top it off.


Fancy/specialty cupcakes are made according to ones party theme and interest.

 

Cupcake Cakes

 

Cupcake cakes are a fun and unique way to celebrate any occasion, they consist of 2 dozen or more cupcakes, iced in a single layer of icing, in a solid cake fashion and decorated accordingly. With these, each individual cupcake is lifted up and pulled away for a single serving, no utensils are required. These can be unique art forms according to design, details and servings.

 

Brownie Cups

 

These sinfully delightful treats are brownies formed into mini cupcake cups and filled with a rich creamy cream cheese, cool whip filling and of course is a very well kept secret recipe of mine :o)

Time involved and complexity of design are the most costly factors in determining the price of supply's involved to make your creations.  The following guidelines are simply a beginning point;  All cakes start with the base line which includes cake, icing and simple decorations.  Fondant, gumpaste, decorations or intricate piping and/ or painting will be discussed according to degree of difficulty and time involved.
